Privacy and Security

CheatCodeAI does not store any of your data. No screenshots, audio recordings, interview transcripts, or credentials are saved to our servers. Everything is processed in real time and discarded after your session.

The desktop app runs locally on your machine. Screen analysis and audio capture happen on your device. Only the extracted text of a problem or question is sent to AI models for processing — never raw screenshots or audio files.

CheatCodeAI is designed to be hidden from screen-sharing tools. It does not appear in:

• Zoom screen share
• Google Meet screen share
• Microsoft Teams screen share
• Any standard screen capture or app switcher

We do not sell, share, or monetize your personal information. Your account data is used solely for authentication and billing.

All communication between the app and our servers uses TLS encryption. API keys and session tokens are stored securely and never exposed in plain text.

The only data we collect is:

• Account information: Email address and name for authentication.
• Billing data: Payment information is handled by our payment processor and never touches our servers directly.
• Usage metrics: Anonymous, aggregated usage statistics to improve the product. No interview content is included.
